Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) – Wage Promotion Units: Negotiating teams have reached an agreement on the language of professional development and remuneration. -An agreement to provide staff under 12 months of age with the correct amount of annual leave, including retroactive compensation for past underpayment – An agreement to reclassify two 4-hour positions in relief at 7 a.m.; Add 1.5 hours to a position used to refuel buses and turn a mechanic I into a mechanic II. -An agreement to increase a 2.5-hour shift for food service workers I at Mills Middle to 3 hours. -An agreement to reduce an STARS Team Leader position to 6 hours after it becomes free, due to funding changes; and to change a vacancy of Maintenance Mechanic II into a C. Counter-Proposal FCUSD technician: the negotiating teams discussed the FCUSD counter-proposal on articles and topics of mutual consent.
